Hello, I am a travel blogger and YouTuber, Jonesgo. Today, I will introduce you to some of the best products from 7-Eleven in Thailand that I personally experienced. If you are planning a trip to Thailand, please refer to this article!
This week's post is about the foods you must eat when using 7-Eleven in Thailand.
Thailand 7-Eleven Food Guide
If you are preparing for a trip to Thailand, be sure to download the '7-Eleven TH' app. The thing I regret the most during this trip is that I did not install this app in advance. Every time I paid, the staff asked if I had a membership, and I felt like I was losing out if I didn't. You can receive various discounts, so make sure to prepare it!
The special features of 7-Eleven in Thailand
7-Eleven in Thailand was a really reliable companion for my trip. I could solve everything from drinks to snacks and even meals at low prices. What was especially surprising was the unique products that are unique to Thailand. You can see unique items such as a product called Yadom that clears a stuffy nose and dried insects that are sold as medicine. There were also Japanese 7-Eleven products, so shopping was twice as fun.
7-Eleven was my reliable travel companion during this trip, providing me with not only cheap drinks and simple snacks, but also meals.
Top 3 drinks you Must-Try Eats
The King of Soy Milk: ไวพามิลค์
First, I recommend ไวพามิลค์'s soy milk drink.
This is the first drink I recommend because I can't live without soy milk. I highly recommend the 17 baht glass bottle soy milk. It has a subtle sweetness and a smooth finish. It's the first product I grab whenever I go to 7-Eleven.
Soy milk is one of my favorite drinks, and there are many different types of soy milk drinks in Thailand. I really like soy milk, so when I was in Vietnam, whenever I went to the market, I would buy soy milk at a tofu shop for 5,000 dong, which was about 0.2 cents at the time. Here in Thailand, at 7-Eleven, I bought soy milk in a glass bottle for 17 baht. Of course, there are soy milk drinks for 20 baht, but if you are new to soy milk drinks, I recommend the average product that costs 17 baht.
This product has a mild sweetness that is not too strong and the softness of soy milk that cools the throat. I always got this product first whenever I went to 7-Eleven. I really recommend it.
Secret to Beating the Heat: Singha Carbonated Water
The second drink I recommend is carbonated water. The secret to beating the heat in Thailand is carbonated water. For 10 baht, you can enjoy cool and refreshing carbonated water. If you ask the staff, they will open the bottle cap for you so you can drink it right away. It is my number one carbonated water product.
Thailand is really hot. My Thai friend Pa said that when it's really hot in Thailand, it's like hell gate. I was lucky that I didn't go when it was hot, but it was still hot. Because of this weather, I want to drink Coca-Cola, but I don't want to keep drinking carbonated beverages that are bad for your body, so my drink of choice is carbonated water. You need a separate bottle opener for the bottle cap, but if you tell the 7-Eleven staff when you pay, they will immediately remove the bottle cap so you can enjoy it right away after paying and leaving.
I first learned about this product when I was traveling in Malaysia, and since then, I have been consistently purchasing this carbonated water, and it is my number one carbonated water product. It is cheap and tastes exactly like the carbonated water I think, so I only buy this carbonated water product.
Healthy breakfast: unif vegetable juice
The third product I recommend is vegetable juice that you can drink in the morning. The 15 baht vegetable juice is perfect for breakfast. I especially recommend the purple vegetable juice. It has a strong grape flavor and is easy to drink. It's good for taking vitamins if you drink it in rotation by color throughout the week. This product comes in 4 flavors. I bought and drank green vegetable juice and purple vegetable juice, and in conclusion, I recommend purple vegetable juice. The purple vegetable juice has a picture of grapes and berries in it, and it has a strong grape flavor and is a vegetable juice that you can drink without any problems.
The price was 15 baht for both. The green vegetable juice had pictures of green vegetables, and if you feel that your body lacks green vegetables, I recommend purchasing this product. I thought it would be perfect to drink it in rotation every week instead of vitamins because it has various colors. And most of all, it was cheaper than in Korea, so it was my own morning fruit juice that I was very satisfied with.
TOP 3 Snacks You'll Regret Missing of Thailand 7-Eleven Food
One-Bite Gimbap: 熱飯順
The fourth product I recommend is 熱飯順. This product, which you can find in the gimbap corner, is characterized by its bite-size. It is made with bulgogi sauce, green beans, and red brown rice, making it healthy and delicious. I tried it for the first time when I arrived at the airport, and I can't forget the taste.
This product can be purchased at the kimbap corner. What's unique is that it's a little smaller than the kimbap I thought it would be, so it's a product that you can eat in one bite. Inside is bulgogi sauce, healthy green beans, and bulgogi. And the rice is a product that contains healthy red brown rice. When I first arrived at the airport, I saw another Thai person eating this product, so I was curious and bought the same product to try. It tastes similar to kimbap, but it's filled with bulgogi sauce, so if you like bulgogi, this is a product you must try.
A must-have for salmon lovers: 鮭照以燒
The fifth recommended food is 鮭照以燒's Salmon product. If you like salmon, you must try it! The combination of smoked salmon and special sauce is superb. It was the best triangle kimbap I've ever had. Inside, there is smoked salmon and smoked sauce. In fact, I remember this food as the best among triangle kimbap. If you like salmon and are looking for a triangle kimbap product with a bulgogi flavor and smoked flavor, I highly recommend you buy and try this product.
Taste of Thailand: บีทาเก้น Kombucha
The sixth recommended food is บีทาเก้น kombucha. If you come to Thailand, you must try kombucha! At first, I was surprised by the sour drink that tasted like seaweed, but I soon fell in love with its unique flavor. It may surprisingly suit your taste, so give it a try.
In fact, if you come to Thailand, you must try kombucha. I first tried kombucha that I bought at a 7-Eleven in Thailand. The description says, "Kombucha is a slightly sour drink with a seaweed taste." To me, kombucha was actually a drink that tasted like seaweed. I had high expectations and tried it, but it was a strange drink that made me realize that kombucha is this kind of tea. What's really unique is that it tastes a little like seaweed..! If you have a chance, I recommend you try it at least once. You might surprisingly like it.
