First, I ordered 1919's special traditional Chinese tea. The subtle fragrance comforted my tired body and mind in the hot weather. The price was cheap, so I could enjoy it without feeling burdened, and the portion was large.

The traditional tea was a tea that made me feel comfortable on a hot day. The taste of the traditional tea was like a type of yellow flower, and it was very cheap. However, it seemed like they only served about 0.5ml, and since I was alone, I left more than half of the tea. The traditional tea was very cheap, so it felt good.


Fried eggplant: A surprising menu that captivates both the visual and the taste


The fried eggplant had a truly amazing visual. The fried eggplant piled up like a mountain on a flat plate looked like a work of art. 1919's signature menu, the tofu dish, was really unique. The round tofu looked like a pumpkin or a lucky bag. When you burst it, soft soft tofu comes out, and the harmony of the fried tofu and soft tofu was superb. I was surprised by the huge amount, but it was so delicious that I ate it all.


Tofu dishes are a signature menu here, and when you order this menu, you will be surprised at the visual that you have never seen before. It is a round shape that looks like a pumpkin, but when you burst it, it looks like a Chinese lucky bag. The shape is the same, but the size is overwhelming. The size of the plate is so huge that it is still a mystery how I ate it all by myself.


As for the taste, the surface of the tofu tastes like fried tofu. However, inside, you will eat soft tofu like soft tofu. That's right. If you order this, you can enjoy two types of tofu. I thought it was like eating a work of art, to the point where I couldn't even guess how to cook this tofu.


There is no separate sauce provided. Usually, tofu is dipped in vinegar soy sauce or soy sauce with slightly spicy peppers, but the tofu at this restaurant can be enjoyed a little differently. It is served with a sauce that tastes like sweet and sour pork sauce. It is really delicious, so give it a try.
